Code 3 and My Brothers and Sisters Keeper have partnered together to host a basketball camp at Kramer Middle School in Anacostia. The camp will teach basketball fundamentals, along with a basketball championship with MVP trophies. Students will be served breakfast and lunch, hear from motivational speakers, and go on field trips. We will also be providing a forum with law enforcement, where students can ask questions and have open dialogue. In this forum DC police spoke with the kids on having a career in law enforcement and spoke to the kids about making smart choices. We are also excited to have the DC fire department come and take blood pressure and give out shirt for whom ever is interested.
