Code 3 sponsored and participated in Community Awareness Day along with other DC Government agencies such as the Department of Health, United States Attorney’s Office, and the Department of Behavioral Health. We had the honor to work alongside other non-profit partners such as Urban Outreach and Drug-Free World.
Residents received information on drug addiction, housing issues, employment opportunities. Urban Outreach and Code 3 were able to provide groceries and food for locals. Code 3’s Kevin Copeland and Joe Abdalla were on hand to answer questions from residents about drug abuse and addiction issues.
